Mayor accidentally shares screenshot of porn sites he visited

Mayor Thomas Koppl of Quickborn, Germany, posted a screengrab of the German constitution to back up arguments he was making about the Alternative for Germany party, he was probably too excited making his point he missed glaring 'errors' in the picture.

The screen grab he posted included tabs of porn sites he had visited which include, 'Punishment Porn Videos', 'BDSM porno videos', 'German slut punished', 'HAMSTERS Gratis porn'. As is characteristic of politicians, he initially denied taking the pic saying someone else had taken the screenshot but eventually admitted that it was in fact him.

Köppl claims he first heard about BDSM when overhearing a conversation on a ski-lift in South Tyrol, where he is currently on holiday, and was simply researching it.
'I wasn't so up-to-date about that, which annoys me. They were mentioning the site 'Xhamster', and when I got to my room I wanted to get clued-up.'
He claims his internet connection was too slow to watch any of the videos and he ended up reading a Wikipedia page on Fifty Shade Of Grey, the racy EL James novel, to find out about BDSM.

But he claims the fetish is not for him, adding: 'I'm sure people who like it can have a lot of fun with BDSM. I find it rather disturbing. I have a problem with violence in general.'
One internet user however seemed to support him saying, 'Any man who claims never to have visited a porn site is a liar or has a problem with his sexuality.'

I'm not a founder or sponsor of Boko Haram sect - Ali Modu Sheriff

Tony Nwajei's photo.
Former Borno governor Ali Modu- Sheriff who recently was appointed Chairman of PDP says he's not a sponsor or founder of Boko Haram. His emergence as the new PDP chairman this week was heavily criticized with Femi Fani-Kayode calling him the indisputable founder of Boko Haram.

Exonerating himself, Ali Modu- Sheriff - "Boko Haram wanted to kill me at a time because they believed that I was the one that reported them to President Umaru Yar’Adua to destroy their enclave.

"It was after I left government that they moved to their different camps and bushes. Why should they kill my brother? Why should they kill my family if I am a sponsor of Boko Haram? Is there anywhere in the world that you sponsor people to kill you?”
"Let me give you a typical example. Just a week ago, all the social media planted my picture showing me with the card of APC joining the party. At that time, nobody wrote that I was Boko Haram. They said Sheriff was going back to APC; they were showing a card when we registered with APC before I left the party. We went to our villages to do it; that village they are showing on the social media was a village that was taken over by Boko Haram for the past three years. So, how could I have gone there to register?
"Few days after I became the Chairman of the PDP, Ali Sheriff is now Boko Haram; so if you are in APC you are not a Boko Haram. Throughout my period in APC, nobody said I was Boko Haram. Immediately I left the APC, I was termed Boko Haram," he said.
"Nobody in my family or relation is Boko Haram or close to any Boko Haram member. These people that wanted to kill me, up till today, if they have the chance, they will kill me because they think I reported them to Yar’Adua who leveled their places of worship and along the line, their leader was killed.
"And that was my crime and why they wanted to kill me. But people that are afraid of me changed the story and they keep on doing it. Every day, they write different things but you and I know that nobody is above the laws of Nigeria. I believe that President Buhari, even if it is his son or blood brother that is a Boko Haram, he will arrest and prosecute him. So the allegation is the figment of the imagination of the writers," he said.

Blatter Insists He is Not Fairly Treated By FIFA

Banned Fifa president, Sepp Blatter, has insisted that he is not guilty of any corruption allegations while in power just six days before his successor is elected.

The 79-year-old administrator, who has appealed the decision of the football federation was banned for eight year ban from the sport, following a "disloyal payment" of £1.3m, which Blatter paid to UEFA president Michel Platini before winning his fifth Fifa presidential election in May.

Blatter also insisted the vote to host the 2022 World Cup was not fixed, saying: "You cannot buy a World Cup." The Times:

"I am sure there is justice in this world and that I have committed nothing which goes to criminal law," he said.

Blatter said: "I have killed nobody, I have not robbed a bank, I have not taken any money from anywhere and I was even treating well all my ex-girlfriends.

"It's true. They defend me. One I was married to only for a few months and she is really defending me."

The Swiss administrator is also under investigation for allegedly mismanaging funds belonging the the football governing body which he denied out-rightly.

Blatter returned to Fifa headquarters this week as his appeal was heard, but Fifa's ethics committee hopes to increase his punishment to a lifetime ban.

Prince Ali bin al-Hussein, Sheikh Salman bin Ebrahim al-Khalifa, Gianni Infantino, Tokyo Sexwale and Jerome Champagne are the five candidates to replace Blatter as president.

It sold more than 40 million copies and became a mainstay on school syllabuses. It was turned into a movie in 1962, starring Gregory Peck as Atticus Finch, a lawyer who defends a black man wrongly accused of raping a white woman.

May her soul rest in peace, amen.

Ugandan president uses strong-arm tactics during election

President Yoweri Museveni's security forces used strong-arm tactics in the middle of an election Friday, arresting the main opposition candidate, beating protesters and firing tear gas and stun grenades at them.
The United States, which gives financial support to Uganda and helps train its military, was among those condemning the brutal actions. It occurred as voting from Thursday's election proceeded in two main districts on Friday because ballots and other election materials had not arrived as scheduled on election day.
Early returns put Museveni ahead of opposition leader Kizza Besigye, but votes remained to be cast, and counted, in Besigye strongholds.
With results from about 23 percent of polling stations across the country counted, Museveni had 62 percent of the vote and Besigye had 33 percent, the election commission said.

Police surrounded the headquarters of Besigye's Forum for Democratic Change party as he was meeting with other leaders of his party, and a helicopter fired tear gas at a crowd outside. Then police moved in and took Besigye, a 59-year-old doctor, to an unknown location, according to Semujju Nganda, a spokesman for the FDC.

The U.S. Embassy said on Twitter that "We strongly condemn the disproportionate police action taken today at FDC HQ in Kampala."

After Besigye's arrest, supporters who had been inside the party headquarters joined Besigye supporters in the streets. Riot police lobbed tear gas and stun grenades at them and fired warning shots from automatic rifles, then chased them through narrow alleyways, arresting some. Armored personnel carriers rumbled up and down the main street. A woman and her children fled on a motorbike.

In nearby poor neighborhoods, people set up burning barricades which riot police and military police quickly took down. Angry protesters also erected barricades of stones on the highway leading to Uganda's international airport. Police fired tear gas and whacked protesters with sticks.
Muthoni Wanyeki, Amnesty International's regional director, noted that the raid represented a "restriction on the rights to freedom as association and peaceful assembly. The security forces must act with restraint."

Police parked their trucks near the home of presidential candidate Amama Mbabazi, a former prime minister. Josephine Mayanja-Nkangi, a spokeswoman for Mbabazi, said he interpreted the deployment to mean he cannot leave his house.
The voting Thursday suffered delays in delivery of voting materials, especially in areas seen as opposition strongholds, and was seen by the opposition as deliberate. Voting was taking place Friday at 36 polling stations in Kampala and the neighboring district of Wakiso.

The government had shut down social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook but many Ugandans were circumventing that by using virtual private networks, or VPNs.

Besigye was also briefly arrested late Thursday after visiting a house in Kampala where he suspected ballot-stuffing was taking place. Police said the house was a security facility and accused Besigye of trespassing on government property.

Samuel Eto'o stops explosive 'revenge porn' book written by former mistress being sold in France

Former Chelsea football star Samuel Eto’o has managed to stop an explosive kiss and tell ‘Revenge Porn’ book written by his former mistress being sold in France.
The 34-year-old married father of four is furious that Nathalie Koah, 24, has decided to go public about their passionate seven year affair.

She has insisted that she simply want to use ‘Revenge Porn – Football, sex, money: the testimony of Samuel Eto’o’s ex’ to warn others off sleeping with celebrities.
Ms Koah said she felt ‘humiliated and betrayed’ when the footballer allegedly leaked nude pictures of her to the media.
Koah
The book, which was due to go on sale today, claims the affair took place between 2007 and 2014, when Eto’o was at the height of his career with Chelsea, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Inter Milan.

But lawyers for the former Cameroon international argued successfully that the book contravened France’s strict privacy laws.
Judges banned the book on Thursday, although lawyers for the publishers have now lodged an appeal.
Olivier Pardo, for the Paris-based ‘Editions du Moment’, told French news agency AFP: "I’m extremely shocked and flabbergasted by this ‘totally unjustified’ decision."
Mr Pardo added: "The book not only lays bare the life of Mr. Eto’o but also that of Nathalie Koah."

Ms Koah, who is from Cameroon, insists Eto’o published the intimate photos of her on the Internet as revenge when they broke up.
She said:
"I won’t let myself be knocked down. I’m a victim in this story. I’m not being allowed to tell the truth as it is."
In turn, Eto’o has accused her of ‘fraud and breach of trust’.

Eto'o, who is now playing for Turkish club Antalyaspor, married his childhood sweetheart Georgette in 2007, and the couple now have four children.
