Johnny Depp Named Forbes’ Most Overpaid Actor Of 2015

Johnny Depp has been named Forbes’ most overpaid actor for the second year in a row.
The magazine just released their list of most overpaid actors for 2015, which includes everyone from Brad Pitt to Channing Tatum. Being on this list means that the movie they were in just didn’t make enough money to justify their huge salaries.

Now, even though Depp was in one of the most profitable movie franchises, Pirates of the Caribbean, his more recent films like Mortdecai and Black Mass have bombed. To break it down, for every dollar Depp was paid, the movies brought in $1.20 in returns.
Also, Forbes only took each of the actor’s three most recent films before June of this year and didn’t include animated movies, smaller budget flicks, or cameos.
